Employee Training

With ongoing training, our employees are given the tools, resources and insight they need to help produce the safest beef possible.

Interventions take place in all six of our zones, and go beyond traditional processes to address products, facilities, air quality and personnel.

Our unique six-zone system allows us to limit exposure and microbial risk to our products to ensure reliably safe beef production.

At National Beef, food safety innovation is ongoing. We conduct more than 65,000 control and assessment tests annually.

Meeting & Exceeding Global Standards

While our Biologic program is proprietary, it meets or exceeds world-wide standards established by the Global Food Safety Initiative.

And to deliver assurance that we are implementing our stringent standards, our facilities are audited and accredited by the Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standard (BRCGS).
